DESCRIPTION

ALL OUR PLA BASIC filaments carry the HIGH-SPEED seal, making them compatible with high-speed printers.

PLA filament composed of Polylactic Acid, manufactured with a quality material optimized for 3D printing. Although more affordable, it maintains good dimensional stability and a diameter tolerance of ±0.05 mm. It does not produce warping and allows for clean and consistent prints, especially for parts for everyday use or rapid prototyping. Parts printed with PLA BASIC can also be sanded, painted, or post-processed according to the user's needs.

SMART MATERIALS 3D está desarrollando el proyecto HIBRI4D “Investigación y desarrollo de Tecnología de Impresión 4D para procesado multimaterial y multifuncional con electrónica y sensórica embebida”, que tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de un sistema de fabricación flexible automatizado basado en Impresión 4D que incluye el desarrollo de tecnología de impresión multimaterial, el desarrollo de materiales funcionales flexibles capaces de reaccionar ante un estímulo para su aplicación a producto de alto valor añadido con electrónica y sensórica integrada en un único proceso. El consorcio HIBRI4D está integrado por un grupo de cinco PYMES, BCN 3D, EDSER LABS, Calzados HERGAR, SENSING TEX, y SMART MATERIAL. Así mismo, el consorcio cuenta con la colaboración externa de centros tecnológicos y grupos de investigación especializados en tecnologías de fabricación aditiva: AIMPLAS, CTCR y CIM UPC. El proyecto HIBRI4D está subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria Misiones 2021 (nº expediente MIP-20211041) y ha sido apoyado por el Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación.

Se ha recibido un incentivo de la Agencia de Innovación y Desarrollo de Andalucía IDEA, de la Junta de Andalucía, por un importe de 5.474,79€, cofinanciado en un 80% por la Unión Europea a través del Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional, FEDER para la realización del proyecto Mejoras en la página web y tienda virtual con el objetivo de Garantizar un mejor uso de las tecnologías de la información.
Se ha recibido un incentivo de la Agencia de Innovación y Desarrollo de Andalucía IDEA, de la Junta de Andalucía, por un importe de 72.418,18 €, cofinanciado por la Unión Europea a través del Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional, FEDER para la realización del proyecto DESARROLLO DE MATERIALES DE ALTAS PRESTACIONES TÉRMICAS Y MECÁNICAS DE BAJAS CONTRACCIONES PARA IMPRESIÓN 3D con el objetivo de Promover el desarrollo tecnológico, la innovación y una investigación de calidad.
Se ha recibido un incentivo de la Agencia de Innovación y Desarrollo de Andalucía IDEA, de la Junta de Andalucía, por un importe de 60.164,59 €, cofinanciado en un 80% por la Unión Europea a través del Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional, FEDER para la realización del proyecto FABRICACIÓN MATERIALES ANTIVÍRICOS (COVID 19) PARA IMPRESION 3D con el objetivo de Conseguir un tejido empresarial más competitivo.
