These Terms and Conditions establish the conditions for purchases made by any natural or legal person wishing to purchase SMARTIFIL products (“Products”) at www.smartmaterials3d.com (“Online Store”).

The Online Store is owned and operated by SMART MATERIALS 3D PRINTING S.L., with registered office at C/ Tomillo 7, Vial G, Pol. Ind. El Retamar, 23680 Alcalá la Real (Jaén), Tax ID B-23735681, registered in the Jaén Commercial Registry, Volume 546, Page 49, Sheet J-20754, Entry 1, with phone number (+34) 953 041 993 and fax number (+34) 953 113 527.

1.- About These Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply solely to purchases made on the Online Store. Please read this document carefully.

We may occasionally amend these Terms and Conditions. The effective date will be detailed in the heading. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will apply to orders placed on or after the effective date.

BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

2.- Purchase of Products from the Smart Store

Details of the products available for purchase (including their corresponding prices) are specified in the Online Store. Smart Materials 3D will take all necessary and reasonable measures to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of the products listed in the Online Store are accurate. While we will make every effort to keep the Online Store as up to date as possible, the information displayed at any given time may not always reflect the exact situation at the moment you place an order.

To purchase Product(s), you must:

  • Provide your name and address, telephone number, email address, payment details, and other required information.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

If you have created an account with a personal user ID and password, keep your password protected at all times and do not disclose it to anyone, as you are personally responsible for all purchases made with your user ID and password.

3.- Order Processing and Contract Formation

Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase, they will be added to your shopping cart.

At the end of the process, you will see an "order summary" where you can identify and correct any data entry errors.

Once the purchase process is completed, we will obtain an authorization from your credit or debit card issuer for the amount indicated on the order summary page. At this stage, no funds will be deducted from your card, although the available balance may be reduced accordingly. This is the usual process followed by banks. If your credit card is not authorized, the order will not be processed.

Smart Materials 3D will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order and confirming acceptance and dispatch of the requested products ("Shipping Confirmation").

You and Smart Materials 3D will have entered into a sales contract for the ordered products once we have sent the Shipping Confirmation email and, in any case, once you have received the products.

The sales contract may be concluded in Spanish.

The text of the sales contract will be included in the Shipping Confirmation email and will be stored by Smart Materials 3D but will not be accessible to the Customer after the contract is concluded.

Smart Materials 3D may, at its sole discretion, reject the processing of the order or may be unable to process the order in the following cases, without limitation:

  • The product you ordered is no longer manufactured or unavailable;
  • Your credit or debit card issuer does not authorize payment of the purchase price;
  • You do not meet the order criteria specified at the beginning of this section.
