Are you ready for a more eco-friendly and sustainable printing?

New REFILL PLA Recycled format is now available, one of the most loved by our users, it comes in 1 kg size, and with a unique feature: it does not come on a spool!

And is HIGH-SPEED for high-speed printer with 300mm/s performances.

Smartfil PLA filament 100% recycled and biodegradable in new recyclable packaging. We create a more sustainable and environmentally friendly set, without the filament losing properties and quality in printing at an excellent price.

What does the new Refill bring?

Ecology! By eliminating the need for spools for each coil, we are significantly reducing our impact on the environment, and encouraging the reuse of the Smart Master Spool, as many times as you need with each material, color or effect.

How to use it?

Once the package is opened, you just have to place the filament on one half of the spool without cutting the fastening tapes and pass the tip of the filament through the holes of the spool, finally, you just have to mount the other half of the spool.

Once we have the spool fully assembled, you just have to cut the fastening tapes and enjoy the filament with the same quality as always, but now being more sustainable.

IMPORTANT do not forget after using the spool, to reinsert the filament in the holes so that you do not form knots or couplings, remember our last video about knots HERE

How do we get the recycled material?

In Smart Materials 3d. material waste is produced during the manufacturing process. In our desire to achieve a more sustainable company, we treat this waste by turning it into filament, which, without losing its quality, is a more ecological option thanks to the elimination of waste.
