What are the shipping rates?
Shipping for Smart Materials 3D products is free in Spain if the total order amount is equal to or greater than €99 (VAT included and excluding shipping costs).
If the order amount is less than €99 or the delivery area is outside the specified region, the shipping rates are as follows (VAT included):
- Peninsula and Balearic Islands delivery 24-48h: €3.95
- Peninsula and Balearic Islands urgent shipping by 13:30: €7.00
- Ceuta and Melilla: €7.95

When will I receive my order?
The delivery will be made to the address provided by the user, once the payment has been verified by our administration department.
Delivery Times
- 24-48h (except Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).
- 24h if you choose the Urgent Shipping by 13:30 option (except Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).
This period will start counting from the acceptance of the order, that is, from when the payment of the purchase is made effective.
You may also select the option to pick up your order at our facilities.
Smart Materials 3D will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the order is not made due to inaccurate or false data provided by the user, as well as in cases where delivery fails due to reasons beyond Smart Materials 3D’s control, such as absence of the recipient or failed delivery attempts.
Likewise, Smart Materials 3D is not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as force majeure or unforeseen events.
Products are not shipped to PO box addresses.
Please note that although our goal is to deliver within the general timeframes indicated above, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are managed by third parties.
Orders cannot be redirected once items have been shipped.
Delivery times during special periods
During special periods such as BLACK FRIDAY or CHRISTMAS, Smart Materials 3D will not assume responsibility for delivery delays caused by the transport companies.
