At the Smart Materials 3D Online Store, you can use a wide variety of payment methods.

You can pay with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron 4B, Euro6000, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro International.

You will be asked to enter your card details during the checkout process. You can also add a new credit or debit card to your account, as well as modify or delete existing ones in the “Payment” section of My Account.

At Smart Materials 3D, we offer SSL secure payment through UNICAJA BANCO S.A. for your safety and peace of mind. This means your card details are protected at all times thanks to our secure server. If your payment fails, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

• Your Visa and/or MasterCard is not linked to a password or SMS verification code for secure online purchases. This step is essential for secure shopping and must be requested from your bank. During the payment process, your bank will provide the necessary information to obtain secure purchase codes.
• The card may be expired. Please check that your card is still valid.
• You may have reached the credit limit on your card. Please contact your bank to confirm.
• Some entered details may be incorrect. Please ensure that all fields are filled in accurately.

You may also use discount codes to pay for your order.

In addition, you can use your PayPal account quickly and securely, without sharing your financial information with us. You will be redirected to PayPal’s secure pages to enter your credentials and authorize the payment. Afterwards, you’ll return to the Smart Materials 3D confirmation page, where you can verify the payment status.

Finally, you can also choose to make a bank transfer to the account number provided during the checkout process. Be sure to include your order number in the payment reference.

Payment Methods Not Accepted

• Checks or money orders
• Cash payments in any currency
• Promissory notes
• Cash on delivery
• Direct debit payments

How does automatic card data saving work?

For your convenience, when purchasing from the Online Store while logged into your account and paying with a credit or debit card, you can save your card details for future purchases, so you don’t have to re-enter them each time.

Your card data is stored completely securely through Unicaja Banco S.A. and your financial institution. Smart Materials 3D does not store your card details under any circumstances.

To use your saved cards in future purchases, they will appear under the option “Your credit/debit cards” during the “Payment Methods” step of the checkout process.

If at any time you wish to delete a saved card, simply click the trash bin icon next to the card you want to remove.
