CLEAN FILAMENT FOR 3D PRINTERS

Our clean filament helps you maintain your 3D printer and increases the operating time of your extruder. It is perfect to eliminate small seals when you change colours or materials.

Instructions to clean the extruder.

Temperature is a key factor if you want this material to clean well the extrusion system of your 3D printer. For that, just follow this simple steps:

• Head up the extruder until it exceeds in 10ºC the melting temperature of the last material you have used. For example, if you have used ABS in your 3D printer previously, you should set the extrusion temperature at 250ºC approximately.
• After that, load SMARTFIL CLEAN filament and extrude a certain amount of material.
• Finally, unload the filament and reload your 3D printer with the material you want to use.

FILAMENTO DE LIMPIEZA PARA IMPRESORAS 3D

Nuestro SMARTFIL CLEAN ayuda al mantenimiento de tu impresora 3D y aumenta el periodo de funcionamiento de tu extrusor. Es perfecto para realizar cambios de materiales o colores y eliminar pequeñas obturaciones.

Modo de uso para la limpieza del extrusor

La temperatura es el factor principal para que este material haga efecto durante la limpieza del sistema de alimentación de tu impresora 3D. Para ello, lo que debes de hacer es:

• Calentar el extrusor hasta superar en 10ºC la temperatura del material que hayas usado con anterioridad. Por ejemplo, si antes has utilizado ABS deberás programar la temperatura de impresión a unos 250ºC más o menos.
• Posteriormente, carga nuestro SMARTFIL CLEAN y extruye una cierta cantidad de material.
• Finalmente, saca el filamento e introduce el material con el que quieras imprimir.
