Smartfil Wood, nuestra madera sale al mercado.

Muchos de vosotros estabais esperando nuestro Smartfil Wood, nuestro filamento de PLA con porcentaje de madera natural. Lo estrenamos este lunes en nuestra tienda Smart y está teniendo muy buena aceptación. Tenemos un gran campo de desarrollo de este producto. Todos que nos seguís o seguís la impresión 3D, habéis visto como ha ido evolucionando el mercado en este último año. La madera fue una revolución, incluso hubo algún maker que se atrevió a fabricar su propio material. Nosotros queríamos cuidar mucho el lanzamiento del producto. Sólo lo hemos hecho después de probar y probar, y estar seguros que cumplía todas nuestras expectativas de producto. Hemos preparado para Smartfil Wood 3 colores de madera distintos, para que tengáis diferentes opciones  y uno de bambú. Hay que recordar que estos materiales tienen algún que otro consejo a seguir, ya que son mezcla de dos materiales totalmente distintos. Por ejemplo:

Debido a la alta cantidad de partículas de madera pueden producirse obturaciones en boquillas de 0,4 mm de diámetro por lo que recomendamos boquillas usar con diámetro 0,6 o superior para evitar este problema.

Es recomendable alimentar la impresora sin realizar giros pronunciados en sistemas Bowden para de esta forma evitar la rotura del filamento.

Se recomienda imprimir con altura de capa superior a 0.2 mm.

Es importante evitar que el material se caliente en el extrusor mientras está la impresión en espera debido a que pueden producirse obturaciones por la cristalización de este.

Se puede variar el aspecto superficial aumentando la temperatura de impresión cogiendo tonos más oscuros.

Due to the high amount of wood particles seals may occur on 0.4mm diameter that is why we recommend nozzles with diameter 0.6 or higher.

We recommend to feed the printer without making pronounced turns on Bowden systems this way you will avoid breaking the filament.

We recommend to print with a layer higher than 0.2 mm.

It is important to avoid the filament to heat with the extruder in standby this can produce blocks.

The finish surface can be changed by increasing the printing temperature.
