Alliance Program
We are proud to announce that Smart Materials 3d is participating in the Alliance Program of Ultimaker , where we certify our filaments for use with the different Ultimaker printers according to their high standards.
Currently we have validated several of our filaments in the Ultimaker S5 printer, obtaining great results, thanks to the combination of high-quality printer and filaments.
Right now, we are validating many of our filaments.
You can find below those that have already been validated by Ultimaker, thus being able to download the printing profiles.

SMARTFIL ABS FP
It is a fire retardant material tested according to the UL94 and IEC 60695-11-10 regulations, ideal for covering elements that may be a source of fire.
SMARTFIL ABS Medical
This filament is Class USP VI or ISO 10993-1 certified, which makes this filament biocompatible with the human body.
SMARTFIL PETG MDT
It is a filament for 3D printing designed to be detected by any type of magnetic detector, even when the material is present in very small particles.
SMARTFIL PLA WOOD
Premium PLA filament with a high percentage of natural wood, does not incorporate recycled or recovered material. Excellent print resolution.
INNOVATEFIL PET CF
It is a PET-based 3d printing filament that incorporates carbon fiber. Thanks to this union, the great qualities of PET are maintained and its mechanical and thermal properties are increased.
SMARTFIL PETG
PETG filament has low shrinkage, which makes it easy to print. Ideal for very shiny pieces. Great chemical and thermal resistance and compatible for food use.
SMARTFIL ASA
It is a filament with exceptional mechanical resistance to the elements, both to UVA rays and to water.
SMARTFIL HIPS
Very resistant filament, it is similar to ABS, but it has less warping, it can be sanded and it can be painted with acrylic paints and it can be used as a support.
INNOVATEFIL TPU HARDNESS+
It is a thermoplastic polyurethane of great hardness, therefore it maintains all the advantages of this elastomer, allowing us to make completely rigid pieces.
SMARTFIL ANTIBACTERIANO
It is a filament composed of PLA and silver nanoparticles that provide antibacterial properties to the material, preventing the growth of mold, fungus and all bacteria that cause bad odors, discoloration, stains, deterioration and corrosion in the printed parts. The antibacterial effectiveness is 99.99% after 24 hours.
INNOVATEFIL PA CF
It is a filament of great mechanical resistance and excellent performance at high temperatures. The mixture of polyamides and carbon fiber allows printing large objects, without deformation and extremely strong, and makes the filament increase its strength and rigidity. The incorporation of carbon fiber increases electrical conductivity, making it suitable for conductive and dissipative applications.
